Submissions can be made on DVD, CD, by web link (URL) (only for the on-line categories) or on the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards FTP. Please note that for your upload via FTP no uncompressed files are allowed. Formats accepted: .wmv, .mov, .mpg2 or .mpg4. Formats accepted for 3D Films: Side-by-Side.

All the materials are eligible for the 2013 Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards Festival if they have been aired/produced/posted on-line after 1^st of January 2011.

Transaction fee € 25,–
An additional € 25,– fee may apply if you choose the credit card payment within the EU or the Bank Transfer outside the EU (see Rules & Regulations).

The entry fee is per film and per category.
The entry fee for the first entry is € 250,–. All subsequent media or category entries cost € 230,–. Starting with the 11th entry the price is € 190,– per submission. The fee for the Production Arts & Crafts categories is € 190,–. One can subscribe to the Production Arts & Crafts categories only if they have already submitted works in other categories. The fee for the ‘Anti-Corporate Films and Videos’ categories is € 190,–. Students have a 50% rebate from the initial costs. In case of submitting a series of videos as part of a campaign, please contact us for the entry fee. The costs will be charged after the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards Office receives your entries. (20% VAT will be charged for Austria and the entrants without VAT number from EU countries).

Festivalpackages

Cumulative special rates are available if you have already entered a film in one of the Filmservice International Festivals: AutoVision, Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, Internationale Wirtschaftsfilmtage, Österreichischer Staatspreis Wirtschaftsfilm. Thus, this film is eligible for:

6% discount when entered in one festival. The discount applies when entering a second festival.
10% discount when entered in two festivals. The discount applies when entering a third festival.
13% discount when entered in three festivals. The discount applies when entering a fourth festival.

My film has already been submitted to the following festivals:
